일본 국가부채의 원인과 한국에 주는 시사점 고찰
일본은 1989년 발생한 복합불황으로 디레버리지로 이행하면서 세계최고수준의 국가부채 증가와 잃어버린 20년의 세월을 맞았다. 현재 일본에서 진행되는 아베노믹스는 경기부양 노력을 통하여 또 다시 경제도약을 하기 위한 리레버리지를 수행하고 있다. 한국도 국가부채가 부가적으로 증가하면서 일본의 재정문제에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 일본의 국가부채가 국가적인 공공투자 사업영역으로 하나의 산업으로 자리매김하고 있는가를 연구하였고, 저출산과 고령화사회에서 발생하는 노동력감소와 복지예산의 증가가 경기와 국가부채에 미치는 영향에 대해 검토하였다. 또한 일본의 국가부채가 향후 한국의 국가부채에 어떤 시사점을 줄 수 있는가에 대해서 연구하였다.
A Study of Japanese National Debt and Implications for Korea
Japanese economy has faced the world’s highest level of national debt and lost two decades through shifting to deleverage by the complex recession that occurred in 1989. As a result, Avenomics that is currently operated in Japan, is carrying out re-leverage in order to take the economic leap again through the efforts to support the economy. In Korea, there is an increase in interest in financial problems in Japan due to an additional increase in national debt. In this paper, we have studied whether the national debt could be an industry as an area of national public investment business, and have examined the impact of the declining labor force and the increasing of welfare budget in the low birth rate and aging society on the economy and the national debt. We have also studied how Japan's national debt could have implications for Korea's national debt in the future.
